Meet Larissa Ortiz

Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2002 she moved to Florida and since 2004 she has had a Real Estate License.

In her first year as a member of NAR, she won awards such as Ocala Marion County Association of REALTOR® Of The Year Rookie of the Year and Star of the Year.

She began her Real Estate career at Coldwell Banker in Ocala, Florida. winning awards such as "Top Listing Team" and President's Elite of the Coldwell Banker Corporation from 2004 to 2008 (this award is given to 1% of the Top Producers of 158,000 agents that were then worldwide. She was its International Director from 2006 to 2008.

In 2011, together with her husband Orlando Ortiz, she opened the doors to Global Properties Realty and Investments, a Real Estate Company with headquarters in Ocala, Florida, and Connection offices in more than 119 countries and in over 50 States of the United States of America and of which she is CEO and Broker.

Larissa Ortiz has been Involved at different levels for more than 19 years in the Associations of local, State, National, and Global Real Estate in the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Canada, and Mexico.

She has vast experience in transactions with Commercial and Residential Buyers and Sellers, having on her shoulders more than 2,850 transactions closed until 2023. She is an Expert in Global Property Marketing. Experience with foreign investors in the United States, Knowledge of the financial system and systems related to properties in the United States (Florida) and the Dominican Republic.

She conducts seminars within the United States in English covering different Global topics for the Real Estate Industry. She speculates on global real estate events and discusses marketing to attract international clientele. She travels as an International Speaker to different Real Estate Associations at a Global level with 9 different trainings in Spanish for the Latin American real estate market that she wrote from her experiences in business, statistics, and studies, all this combined with authentic human beings. She refreshes the real estate agent, injecting energy and helping to channel more fruitful deals.

Larissa has a passion for the empowerment of youth and women around the world. She is involved in many charitable organizations in the USA and the world.
